These terms explain the responsibilities that apply when customers, operators, and authorized users access centrax fleet tracking services.

By accessing centrax, creating an account, requesting service, or using any tracking, alerting, reporting, or vehicle workflow feature, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, assigning access only to authorized users, maintaining accurate company and contact information, and promptly notifying centrax if account access may have been compromised.
centrax processes vehicle, device, route, geofence, alert, and location data to provide the service. Customers must have the rights and notices required to track vehicles, drivers, employees, contractors, or assets connected to their account.
You may not use centrax to violate law, track people or vehicles without proper authority, interfere with service security, reverse engineer the platform, overload systems, or attempt to access accounts, vehicles, or data that do not belong to you.
Fees, device costs, subscription periods, renewal pricing, and optional services are confirmed during onboarding or in a separate quote. Continued access may depend on timely payment and supported device or network connectivity.
centrax aims to provide reliable service, but availability can depend on cellular networks, GPS signal quality, device condition, maps, third-party providers, maintenance, and customer configuration. Live data should be used with appropriate operational judgment.
centrax provides operational visibility tools and does not replace professional dispatch judgment, driver responsibility, law enforcement, insurance, or physical security procedures. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages connected to the service.
We may update these terms as the platform, pricing, legal requirements, or operating practices change. Material updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the service after an update means the updated terms apply.
