What is included in the first-year price?+
The first-year price covers the selected package, the first-year subscription, and access to the centrax tracking system features listed on the card.
What happens after the first year?+
After the first year, the subscription renews at 250 LYD per year for the same vehicle service.
Can I use a device I already own?+
Yes. The bring-your-own-device option is for customers who already have a compatible tracking device and need the SIM card and subscription.
Is device reconfiguration included?+
Reconfiguration is optional and quoted separately because the work depends on the device model, current setup, and required configuration.
When should I choose Enterprise?+
Choose Enterprise when you need a tailored rollout, API support, priority onboarding, or dedicated support for a larger fleet.
