Vehicle, device, and location data
centrax collects GPS position, speed, heading, timestamps, trips, stops, geofence events, alert history, and supported device state so customers can monitor their vehicles and review operational activity.
How we use information
We use information to provide live tracking, alerts, playback, geofences, customer support, onboarding, billing, security monitoring, service improvement, troubleshooting, and communications related to the centrax service.
How information is shared
We share information only as needed to provide the service, work with infrastructure, map, communication, payment, support, or analytics providers, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, or follow customer instructions.
Retention
We keep account, fleet, and location records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support reasonable customer operational history requirements.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is perfectly secure, so customers should also protect credentials and user access.
Customer choices
Customers can request updates to account information, adjust authorized users, manage notification settings, request support, and ask about access, correction, export, or deletion options where available and legally permitted.
International handling
Service providers, infrastructure, or support operations may process information in countries different from where a customer or vehicle is located. We use operational safeguards intended to protect information during that handling.
Children
centrax is a business fleet management service and is not directed to children. Customers should not create accounts for children or intentionally submit children's personal information to the platform.
